LET’S PUT ON A SHOW.

Longshot Promotions exists to bring great live music to Lancaster and the surrounding area.

We’re interested in working with artists who have something to say, whether that’s a new band starting to build a following or an established act ready for the right room and the right audience.

We’re currently focused primarily on indie, alternative and guitar-led bands, but we have a strong interest in other genres too. If we think there’s a good fit, we’re always open to exploring it.

FOR ARTISTS

We want to create shows that feel right for the artist as well as the audience.

That means putting artists in venues that suit them, working with realistic capacities, building the right local audience and making sure the show is properly promoted from announcement through to the night itself.

We’re building Longshot from the ground up, with the aim of creating a promoter that artists, managers, agents and venues can trust.

Whether you’re playing your first headline show or already touring nationally, we’re interested in hearing from you.

INDIE & ALTERNATIVE

Our current focus is on indie, alternative and guitar-led bands and artists, from emerging acts building their following to established names with an audience ready to grow.

EMERGING ARTISTS

Artists building momentum who are ready to step up into bigger rooms, reach new audiences and play new markets.

ESTABLISHED ACTS

Artists with an existing following who are looking to bring their show to Lancaster and the surrounding area.

OTHER GENRES

While indie and alternative are where we’re currently most focused, we have a strong interest in other genres and are always open to new ideas. The right artist, audience and opportunity matter more than fitting into a specific box.

OUR APPROACH

We’re independent, so every show is considered individually.

We look at the artist, the venue, the local audience, the ticket price and the overall economics before committing to a show.

The goal isn't simply to put another name on a poster. It’s to build a show that people actually want to attend and that works for everyone involved.

We care about the details — from choosing the right room and building a campaign around the announcement to making sure the artist has a good experience on the night.
